What the monthly fee delivers, what counts as a small edit, and what happens if you have more than one location.
What you pay for each month
Local, at £99 a month: your site hosted, secured and watched. Your own access to change pages and swap photos whenever you like. Support and tickets answered by the people who built the site. One flow. And small content changes done for you within two working days.
Brand, at £279 a month: all of that, plus the full set of flows for your trade and new ones as we learn how you work, plus your customer pipeline kept working rather than just installed, plus priority on the support line.
Elite, at £999 a month: all of that, plus the heavy parts actually run rather than merely hosted — the booking engine, the shop, the phone answering — plus flows built from scratch around your business, and a named person accountable for your account.
Changing things yourself, and what we do for you
Most changes you make yourself. Your words, your photos, your sections — open the page, change it where you can see it, done. You do not need us and you do not need to wait.
What we handle is what that deliberately will not let you do: new pages, changes to how the site is put together, and anything the editor blocks because it would break the design.
So the two-day turnaround is not the main way your site changes. It is there for the things you should not have to do yourself.
More than one location
If you run more than one site, each additional one is charged on a published rule rather than a quote we make up.
On Local each extra venue adds £500 to the setup and £69 a month. On Brand, £1,999 and £199 a month. On Elite, £4,999 and £499 a month.
It is printed so you can check the arithmetic before you ask us to. A four-site Brand group pays £9,996 to build and £876 a month.
Changing or leaving
There is a three-month minimum from your first monthly payment. After that it rolls month to month and either of us can end it with thirty days' notice.
Prices do not change during your minimum term. After it, at most once in any twelve months, and never with less than sixty days' written notice — long enough to leave first if you would rather.
If you go, you take your content. Domains you registered are yours, always, and were never held over you.
What it does not cover
It is not unlimited development. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted as their own piece of work, and we will always tell you which side of that line something falls before we do it.
It is not advertising money. Anything spent with someone else on your behalf is yours, billed at what it cost, and only ever with your say-so first.
And it is not a retainer against future builds. What you are paying for is that everything already built keeps working, keeps being looked after, and keeps being yours to change.
