The CRM
Leads, contacts, segments, campaigns and the automations that follow them up.
What it holds
Everyone who has ever contacted you, in one place: enquiries that came in through your site, people you added yourself, and existing customers.
Each person carries their own history — what they asked about, what you sent, what they opened, when they last heard from you. So picking up a conversation three weeks later does not mean asking them to repeat themselves.
Grouping people
You can describe a group rather than build a list — everyone who has not heard from you in sixty days, everyone who opened the last thing but did not reply, everyone tagged for a particular service.
The group updates itself. Someone who stops matching drops out, and anything running against that group stops for them.
Following up automatically
A sequence can run itself: a message when someone enquires, a nudge a few days later if they have not replied, a reminder when an invoice goes past due.
It stops on its own when it should — when they reply, when the invoice is paid, when they are no longer in the group it was written for. Nobody gets the third email in a chase sequence after they have already said yes.
The follow-up inbox
Anything needing a human lands in one list — an automation that decided someone should be called, a reply that needs an answer, a moment worth asking for a referral.
It is the one place to look to know whether anything is waiting on you.
