What a flow is

Every business runs on a handful of things it does again and again. Adding a project. Filing a call. Booking a job. Putting an offer out.

A flow is one of those jobs turned into a single action. You press one thing and the job is done, everywhere it needed doing. No forms to work through, no working out which fields matter, no going into the back of your site to find where something lives.

They are built around the way your business already works, not the other way round. What we map for a hair salon is not what we map for a plumber, because the jobs are not the same.

What comes with your package

One flow comes with a Local package: the job you do most, turned into a single action. From Brand upwards you get the full set for your trade, and at Elite they are built from scratch around how you actually work, after we have sat down and gone through it with you.

You can add more whenever you like. There is a menu of the ones people ask for most, with prices, and if the job you have in mind is not on it we will quote it.

Keeping them running

Flows break when something around them changes, and things around them change constantly. A booking system updates. A phone provider alters how it works. A supplier changes an address.

Keeping yours working through all of that is what your monthly fee is for. It is the part most people never think about until something quietly stops and nobody notices for a fortnight.

The one thing billed separately is where the usage itself is the cost, phone minutes above all. Those you pay for as you use them, rather than having them buried in a flat fee.
