How work is tracked through its stages, and how invoices and receipts reach you.
Your projects
Each piece of work is a project with four stages — Discovery, Build, Review, Launch — and you can see which one it is in without asking.
Under it sits everything attached to that work: files, updates, meetings and anything raised as a question. Nothing lives only in an email thread.
Invoices and receipts
Every invoice and receipt appears in your desk, payable by card from the same screen. Care plans are managed there too, including changing the card or cancelling.
Prices are fixed at the moment you order. If a package price changes afterwards, yours does not.
Quotes and proposals
A quote arrives as a link. It shows exactly what is included and what it costs, and accepting it is one click that turns it into a project.
The link expires, and it can only be used once. If it has gone stale, ask for another rather than assuming the price still stands.
