The three tiers, and what sits above them

Local, Brand and Elite

There are three tiers and each has one price, whatever your trade. Local is £999 to build and £99 a month. Brand is £3,999 and £279. Elite is £9,999 and £999.

A restaurant pays the same as a dentist at the same tier. What differs is what goes into the package, because a restaurant needs table bookings and a dentist needs a way to take enquiries without falling foul of the rules they work under.

The tier decides how deep the build goes and how much looking-after comes with it. Your trade decides what is in it.

How a package grows

Three ways, and you can take any of them in any order.

Add a tool. Some are included with your package and some are priced — a shop, a booking engine that saves you commission, an assistant that answers the phone at two in the morning. What is included depends on your trade and your tier.

Add content or video, monthly. Social from £600 a month, film from £1,500. These attach at any tier, so you never have to upgrade a package you are happy with in order to buy something you want.

Or move up a tier, when the package itself is the thing holding you back.

The Flagship

On some packages there is a second step above Elite, for the places where only world-class will do.

A Flagship is everything we make, included. Every tool, your flows built from scratch, the social running and the film being made. There is nothing left to add and nothing left to buy.

It starts at £15,000 with £3,099 a month, and it is worked out with you rather than taken off a shelf. It is offered on the packages where the craft is the product itself, not a finish on top of it.
