The shop

Selling through your own site — products, orders, payments and fulfilment, and how a new brand is set up to do it.

What you get

A real shop: a product catalogue, a cart, card checkout, orders, and downloads for anything digital.

You manage products and see orders from your desk. Customers never leave your site to buy, and your receipts carry your name rather than ours.

Taking the money

Your shop takes payment on its own merchant account, in your business's name. Your customers see your name on their statement and on their receipt, and the money arrives in your account rather than being passed through ours.

That also means the tax position is yours, and we will tell you what has to be registered before you can open.

Getting orders to customers

Physical orders can be fulfilled by a partner who prints, packs and ships under your brand, so you hold no stock and pack nothing. Or you can ship yourself if you would rather.

Where your customers are decides which route makes sense, because customs and food-supplement rules differ enough between countries to change the answer.
